Corona virus - Little M
STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS
I am running my business as usual and fulfilling orders as I usually would, as I operate my business solo and have no contact with anyone even when posting your items. However please be aware than although I am working as normal the world is very different at the moment and there can be some delays to you receiving your order. Thank you to all my wonderful customers who have been so understanding of this so far. I have listed some information below that will keep you informed.
Due to delays within the Royal Mail Posting system I have decided to make some small changes to my p&p charges. I hope you understand.
Orders under £15 will have a £1 flat rate charge and I will send 1st class rather than 2nd class. I can not guarentee that this will ensure your order will arrive quicker but it gives it a better chance.
Orders over £15 will have free 1st class postage.
Orders over £50 will have free tracked postage either through Royal Mail or a courier service depending on the size.
Again I cannot guarantee when your delivery will arrive. Royal Mail have advised of delays but are not giving any timescales. At the moment they consider an item sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as lost after 13 working days. For International it is 25 working days.

I am continuing to post your orders contact free using prepaid postage and large letter and parcel post boxes.
I use Royal Mail International Tracked for all orders. You’ll be able to track your order along the way, however delivery times can vary by country particularly at the moment. You can check any general problems and delays to your country here:
From the Royal Mail website - “Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.”
With two young kids at home I am being super vigilant and following NHS advice on hand washing and hygiene. I am also following the latest government advice and we have not been in contact with anyone since the beginning of March and we will continue to follow guidelines.
I appreciate the support I have had particularly over the last couple of months. These are uncertain times for everyone and to have an income coming in is helping enormously. I understand it may be frustrating not to receive orders as quicker as usual but I hope that you can see I am doing everything I can to help and that you continue to support my business whether that's by ordering or sharing me on social media. Thank you xxx
