What’s your turnaround time?

 My turnaround time varies depending on the product. Prints - 2 business days Personalised Prints - 3 business days Cards - 3 business days A2+ Posters 7-10 business days Custom Prints - 10 business days This does not include shipping times.

 What shipping carriers do you use? 

For standard UK orders I use Royal Mail 2nd Class. For large parcels I use a courier, usually Hermes. For International orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked. 

Will you provide me with a tracking number?

 For standard UK orders I do not use a tracked service so I am unable to check where your order is unfortunately. International orders you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail tracking url when I ship your order. 

Where is my order? 

Unfortunately due to the currently situation orders are not getting to you as quickly as I would like. Royal Mail are experiencing high levels of staff absences due to Covid-19 and their depots have been severely disrupted. I am not able to give a rough estimate of when your order may arrive as from experience I am finding it could be a couple of days or a couple of weeks. I apologise for the delay and I’m here to try and help where I can to ensure your order arrives to you. Royal Mail do not consider a UK parcel to be lost until at least 13 working days after it was posted. Therefore I cannot claim for a lost parcel until then . For international it is 25 working days. I have decided for now to increase my postage prices slightly so I can send Royal Mail 1st Class and for orders over £50 I will send on a tracked service. This does not necessarily mean you will receive your order quicker but with the latter it will give me some idea of where your order may be. 

What’s your returns policy? 

If for some reason you change you mind you can return your prints for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return postage and the prints must arrive to me in a resalable condition. Personalised and Sale prints are except from refunds. I will always try to make sure you are happy with your order so please get in touch so I can help. 

Do you offer wholesale?

 Yes most of my prints and cards are available for wholesale. If you are a stockist and are interested please get in touch and I can send you some details.

 Do you do custom orders? 

Yes absolutely! I love working on custom orders and hearing your ideas. Just get in touch for a quote. I do have some custom listings set up so you have an idea of price.
